The Civility Movement and Why Social Skills Are So Critical

Need a little inspiration?  Meet P.M. Forni
"To live a long, healthy and serene life we need the crucial help of a network of caring people – we need social support. In order to gain and keep social support we need social skills. Choosing Civility re-discovers and expounds the essential skills that allow us to live well among others". ~ P.M. Forni
In my humble opinion,  this is one of the best Educators and Authors of our time that addresses society and how to live well among others.  P.M. Forni is originally from Italy and an award winning professor at John Hopkins University.  He has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey show and mentioned by The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal.  My favorite publication is  Choosing Civility: The Twenty-five Rules of Considerate Conduct.

He has also written The Civility Solution: What to Do When People Are Rude  and remains committed to address the increasingly popular issues of our society.

I hope you do read his work and share the encouragement.
